Monterrey.- De continuar con la alza de casos de covid en la entidad, el Gobierno del Estado amagó con extender los cierres a sábado y domingo.
“Si estamos cerrando a las 8 de la noche y más o menos la gente lo ha entendido, ya se está acostumbrando y cerramos los domingos, si no bajamos vamos a cerrar los sábados y la gente lo tiene que entender.
“Pudiera ser si la gente no entiende que debe quedarse en casa, depende de la gente, que ya no hagan fiestas, que ya no hagan pachangas, que se queden en casa si no hay necesidad de salir, de eso depende, no depende, parar el virus no es mágico”, indicó Rodríguez.
Ante ello el Clúster de la Industria del Entretenimiento, Deporte y Alimentos (Cieda), presentó un amparo contra el Gobierno del Estado para revocar los cierres de sus sectores.
Durante una rueda de prensa en la que estuvo presente Félix Coronado, Secretario General del Sindicato de la Industria del Entretenimiento, se informó que las restricciones dañan sus derechos constitucionales.
“Hoy presentamos un amparo a nombre de la Industria del Entretenimiento, Deporte y Alimentos en el que estamos solicitando la protección de la justicia federal.
“El amparo va dirigido al Gobernador Constitucional, contra el Secretario de Salud y el Secretario de Economía”, indicó.
“Recordemos que el 4 de enero las autoridades responsables emitieron un decreto de cierre en todo el estado de Nuevo León durante todo el mes de enero y de febrero del año en curso”, indicó Mauricio Castillo representante legal del Cieda.
Explicaron que estos cierres son injustificados, ya que las autoridades culpan a los casinos, cines, gimnasios, salones de eventos y eventos deportivas del aumento de contagios, cuando ellos cumplen con los protocolos sanitarios necesarios.
“Las autoridades responsables violan el perjuicio de todos estos establecimientos”. “Si bien estamos frente a una pandemia mundial como el covid, también es cierto que la autoridad ordenadora no fundamenta el motivo del cierre total”, explicó.
Coronado indicó que los cierres perjudican más, ya que obligan a las personas a caer en la clandestinidad, yendo a salones de eventos no autorizados y sin las medidas preventivas o casinos clandestinos, gimnasios no autorizados, entre otros rubros.
“Todos los negocios que están dentro de la ley cumplen con sus protocolos necesarios y estamos de acuerdo al diálogo, pero no estamos de acuerdo a la clandestinidad, esa no lo apoyamos, no nos subimos a ese barco.
“…Porque lamentablemente de ahí viene el que se active más covid a más gente y es ahí donde la autoridad se debe empeñar en vigilar salones rebeldes que llevan a cabo eventos en contra de la secretaría de salud.
“Hoy nos toca a nosotros ser vigilantes ciudadanos, hemos estado monitoreando los centros de trabajo, nombramos a diferentes inspectores con esa finalidad de estar atentos de que no haya esa violación”, añadió.
