Por cierre de centros comerciales, sampetrinos acuden a ejercitarse en parques

MONTERREY.- Los domingos solían ser los días en que se salía a pasear y disfrutar en familia en lugares recreativos y hasta centros comerciales.

Pero, ahora los sampetrinos solo tienen la alternativa de acudir a las plazas públicas de las colonias en donde se ejercitan y toman un poco de aire fresco.

El Horizonte hizo un recorrido en el Parque Bosques del Valle el cual se mantuvo cerrado hasta hace apenas un mes.

Los adultos mayores caminaban y trotaban un poco por la pista. Los jóvenes pasearon a sus mascotas y otros tantos se ejercitaban en los aparatos como parte de su rutina diaria ya que ahora hasta los gimnasios están cerrados.

En el caso de las familias, ocuparon las bancas y el césped para comer y disfrutar del día, así como los niños disfrutaban de los juegos.

Otra plaza que se visitó fue el Parque Mississippi ubicado en la colonia Del Valle.

Aunque eran pocos los que se ejercitaban, en este lugar eran más las familias que habían salido un rato a pasear y comer al aire libre.

Cabe recordar que expertos consultados por este medio, afirmaron que hacer ejercicio ayuda a mejorar la salud física y prevenir enfermedades.
